To begin exploring your options at Children's, search our career opportunities and submit an application for the role(s) that match your interests and skills. Be sure to attach an up-to-date copy of your resume so our recruiters can determine if your qualifications are a good match for the position or other available job opportunities.
Apply at Children's NebraskaConnect With A Recruiter
After we receive your application, a member of Children’s Talent Acquisition team will review your qualifications. We will contact candidates who are a good match for a position and schedule a phone call to discuss the position and your previous work experience. During this call a recruiter will explain any required next steps.
Interview with Hiring Manager
Applicants selected to continue the hiring process will interview with a hiring manager or team for the open position.
Depending on the role, a virtual or in-person interview at Children’s will take between 30 minutes to an hour. During your interview, you’ll be asked questions about your background and experience, as well as how you’ve handled various work-related situations. Examples might include how you work as part of a team, how you’ve adapted to work changes, ways you have reached goals or how you have developed your skills.
You’ll also be given the chance to highlight any special knowledge or training. Your interview is a great time to ask questions about the position or working at Children’s. Remember, this is also your opportunity to understand the job you are applying for, our organization and how you can bring value to the team.
The hiring process for some open positions might also include job shadowing or pre-hire assessments. Your Children’s recruiter will let you know if any additional activities are required.
