Should an injury occur, our sports physical therapists provide expert care to facilitate recovery, helping them return stronger and more confident.

Our team integrates the latest research with a child-focused approach, addressing both mental and physical development. With board certification in sports or pediatric orthopedic medicine, our physical therapists receive ongoing education and training, ensuring the highest standard of care. Our partnership with Creighton University further enhances our commitment to providing advanced, up-to-date treatment.

Michael's Story: Specialized Sports Medicine, Therapy for Teen Athletes

When Creighton Prep basketball and baseball player Michael tore his ACL last winter, his parents were flooded with options. Concerned his growth plates may still be open, they turned to the Sports Medicine team at Children's. Following ACL reconstructive surgery, the Sports Medicine team connected Michael with the sports physical therapy team to streamline and speed up his recovery.

Ava's Story: Driven in Her Return to Dance

After 18-year-old Ava had hip surgery for an overuse injury, she worried she wouldn’t be able to continue dancing in college. Her family turned to Children’s Performing Arts program to guide her return to dancing.
