My daughter was sleeping picu there were good nurses and doctors. She was transferred to the 4th floor pediatric ward, the care there was not great, there were good nurses and not so good. My daughter was assigned 2 nurses, Stacey and Allie. Ali is( thick). I called for help for my daughter. They shut her down 3 times. They don't come. Ali has done this before, not for the first time, but it is the second time that he does not come to the call light I feel like you don't love my daughter because you don't want to help her, this is her second time

My sons stay was horrible on Med Surg 4. Call light on for hours, covered in pee and poop everytime I came back, the food for the patients are disgusting, and the doctors are rude.
