Easy check-in, friendly, competent staff

The initial front desk staff was extremely rude and abrasive (Jen). Not only to us, but also to the people behind us. Not a great start to our experience. The Second Lady (Juanita?) at the front desk was super friendly and helpful as was the nurse (Katie G.) and Dr Fletcher. Its nice that Children’s has specialty providers that outreach here making families that need those specialties have better access and convenience of close to home.
