How to Volunteer
Our volunteer opportunities include such activities as supporting children and their family members as they wait for procedures, staffing the gift shop, assisting at the information desk or helping with special events. Whether you are looking for ways to get involved in your community or to learn more about the medical field, as a Children’s Nebraska volunteer you can support our mission to improve the life of every child.
Our Volunteer Programs
Children’s Nebraska has two hospital volunteer programs, one designed for adults and another for teens. The first step toward becoming a volunteer in either program is to fill out an application. We have the greatest need for volunteers Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Currently, we have only limited evening or weekend volunteer opportunities available.
