Family Advisory Board

Learn how you can make a difference by joining the Family Advisory Board at Children’s Nebraska to help improve care and support for families.

Family Advisory Board

At Children’s Nebraska, our goal is to provide every child and their family with an exceptional experience. We believe this happens by establishing relationships built on trust, courtesy and respect. From your first interaction with us, we strive to partner with our patients and families.

Since 2008, we have invited parents to join us as family advisors. The Children’s Family Advisory Board was founded with the mission to create an exceptional experience for every family, through collaboration, compassion, connection and respect. Our vision is to collectively represent families in our community.

About the Children’s Family Advisory Board

Members of the Children’s Family Advisory Board serve as a vital link between Children’s and the community. Our members provide supportive channels of communication between families and hospital staff, as well as input and feedback on services for children and their families. The Children’s Advisory Board also assists in planning new facilities, services and programs.
