With Children’s Home Healthcare, nurses, physical or respiratory therapists and other pediatric providers can still see and treat your child. If your provider prescribes home care services, we’ll coordinate seamless care. We’ll provide the services your child needs from the comfort of home, including setting up medical equipment and managing and administering medication. Our team will also ensure you have the tools and training necessary to care for your child at home.
Your family plays an important part in your child’s home care. Our team will collaborate with you to ensure you understand your child’s condition and care. We’ll show you how to use the appropriate medical devices your child needs, how to administer any medications, which symptoms to watch out for and what to do if those symptoms arise. We’ll also show you how to use any medical devices your child needs. Our team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have throughout your child’s treatment and recovery.

Home Health Nurses
Our pediatric nurses will visit your home to monitor your child’s condition and provide other tailored services. They’ll keep you informed about your child’s care while also providing services such as getting samples for lab work, managing medication delivery, (including central or IV lines), overseeing phototherapy or other treatments and addressing any other healthcare needs your child may have.Private Duty Nurses
For complex care and ongoing care needs, your child’s care team may arrange for nurses to come to your home for a specific nursing shift. These typically range from 4 to 12 hours.Respiratory Therapists
