Complex Care Clinic (CCC)

Our Complex Care Clinic (CCC) supports children with medically complex conditions. We include the entire family and your child’s primary care physician in developing a care plan that helps your child achieve their fullest life.

About Us

Children with complex medical challenges have an increased risk of serious illness. Rapid dehydration, seizures and organ system failure can occur, requiring immediate, specialized care. When children need help that their primary care physicians can’t provide, you can trust our complex care clinic. We’re here for you 24/7.

In our screening clinic, we develop a care plan for children with developmental disabilities, developmental delays and chronic illness. In our complex care clinic, we provide ongoing support children of all ages, from infancy through adolescence.
