About Us
With Children’s Home Healthcare, your patient can continue to receive care from nurses, physical or respiratory therapists, and other pediatric providers in the comfort of their home. If home care services are prescribed, we will coordinate seamless care, ensuring your patient receives the necessary services, including medical equipment setup and medication management. Our team will also provide training and resources to empower families in caring for their child at home.
We recognize that families play a crucial role in home care. Our team will work closely with you and your patient’s family to ensure they understand the child’s condition and treatment plan. We’ll educate families on the proper use of medical devices, medication administration, symptom recognition, and steps to take if issues arise. Our team is always available to address any questions or concerns during your patient’s treatment and recovery process.
