Front desk alone was worth 5 starts. Unfortunately, u/s tech doesn’t deserve a 5 star rating. Not even a 4. She didn’t speak to my 4 year old at all, he was getting anxious and restless and I could only do so much. She literally ignored him essentially and seemed to almost push harder to get him to hold still with the scanner or whatever it’s called. Again, front desk, a million stars. Rad tech - not so great. Literally didn’t say a word for the entire 10 minutes we were in the room with her. Very disheartening when I was already anxious about having anything done for fear of the results and she almost made it worse. Even if you’re having a bad day, still treat people with respect and like you would want to be treated in that situation.

Children's has always been excellent.

Children's Orthopedics has been life changing for my son. Dr. Dutt listens, cares whole heartedly, and has always had answers to my many questions. Dr. Dutt is funny and kind, he makes every visit easy. Every nurse, PA, scheduler and receptionist has been kind and courteous. I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. Dutt and Children's Hospital and Orthopedics.
