Find a Children’s provider or location near you, message your child’s health care team, fill out paperwork online and much more — all in one convenient place. Previously called Epic MyChart, Children’s Connect is always available to you whenever you’re on the go.

Children’s Connect gives you secure, 24/7 access to your child’s medical information. With an account, you can:

• See upcoming and past appointments

• Schedule your child’s next appointment (Children’s Physicians, some specialty clinics)

• Message the care team

• Refill prescriptions

• View test results

• Read visit notes

• Print or download your child’s immunization record

Ways to Register

You can register for a Children’s Connect account anytime you schedule or check-in for an appointment, or by requesting an activation code.

To request an activation code, go to the Children's Connect portal and select “Request Activation Code”, or download the Children’s Connect app and request a code there.
