My name is Pat Specht and I’ve been a pediatrician at Children’s Physicians, Dundee for more than 20 years. I really enjoy working with children because they are usually smiling and laughing. It is a joy to watch them grow and develop into young adults. I enjoy teaching about preventive health, from dental care to nutrition and physical activity.
At Children’s Physicians, Dundee we are so lucky to have wonderful team members, from the front office to the nurses, as well as psychological services and social work. Everyone is needed to provide the special care we give to children and their parents. Being a parent is both challenging and rewarding and we strive to support them on their journey.
Another benefit of working for Children’s Physicians is our relationship with Children’s Nebraska, the region’s best pediatric hospital and medical center. Children’s Nebraska has wonderful specialists and support staff who provide world class care for the children when they need specialty care.
My wife and I have three great children who are now young adults, and we enjoy living in the Dundee community in Omaha, Nebraska.
